Who we are

Ascot Graphics is a sole trader business operated by Craig Bunday, based in Woodston, Peterborough. We provide graphic design and print services to businesses across Peterborough, St Ives, Ramsey and the surrounding areas. For the purposes of UK data protection law, we are the data controller for information you share with us through this website.

What information we collect

When you contact us through our enquiry form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
• The details of your enquiry, and any subsequent correspondence with you

If you contact us by phone or email directly, we’ll keep a record of what you told us so we can respond and follow up.

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Provide you with a quote or advice
• Deliver services if you go on to become a client
• Keep records of our correspondence for reference and business admin

Our legal basis

Our lawful basis for processing this information is your consent, given when you submit our enquiry form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to and following up on enquiries about our services. If you become a client, we also process information on the basis of the contract between us.

How long we keep your information

• Enquiries that don’t proceed: we keep your details for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, in case you get back in touch.
• Active clients: we keep your information for the duration of our working relationship and for at least 6 years afterwards, to meet HMRC and business record requirements.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time. If we’re legally required to keep some of it (for tax records, for example), we’ll explain what we can and can’t remove.

Who we share it with

We use a third-party email delivery service to route form submissions from this website to our inbox. Your enquiry passes through their servers as part of the delivery process. They are a UK/EU-based provider and process data in line with UK GDPR.

We don’t share your information with anyone else without your permission, and we never sell or trade your details.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access the information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that’s wrong or out of date
• Ask us to delete your information
• Object to how we’re using your information
• Ask us to stop or restrict certain types of processing

Analytics and cookies

We use Plausible Analytics to understand how the site is being used – how many people visit, which pages they read, and where they came from. Plausible is a privacy-friendly analytics tool built specifically to comply with UK GDPR and equivalent EU rules. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t collect any personal data, and can’t identify you as an individual or track you across other websites.

Beyond Plausible, this site uses only essential technical cookies needed for it to function properly. We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies. Because none of this involves personal data or non-essential cookies, we don’t need to show you a cookie banner.
